Processing during website visits
The web server processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, resource, referrer, browser type, and operating system. This serves secure delivery, error analysis, and protection against abuse based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is only stored as long as operation and security require it.

The website is provided under the responsibility of Anexia Digital Engineering GmbH. Access is granted only to authorized parties and, if necessary, contractually bound processors.
Local web fonts, graphics, and JavaScript
DM Sans, Geist, logos, icons, and JavaScript are loaded locally from the website directory. That avoids additional connections to font or media CDNs for these resources.

The forms may transmit name, business email address, optionally, phone and company, technology, engagement model, package, token billing, and message. The recipient is Anexia Digital Engineering GmbH at ade-office@anexia.com.
Processing serves to examine, respond to, and possibly initiate a contractual relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO; for general business inquiries, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO may apply. The required confirmation on the form documents acknowledgment of these notices and is not consent to advertising.
For technical transmission, the SMTP service Brevo of the Sendinblue group is used as a processor once the credentials are configured. Until then, requests can be stored locally for diagnostic purposes. Depending on contractual arrangements, Brevo may carry out transfers outside the EEA; appropriate safeguards are described in Brevo’s contractual and privacy notices.
Form protection and required session
To protect against automated submissions, we use an invisible honeypot field, a CSRF token, and an IP‑based rate limit. For this, the server sets a technically necessary session cookie. It contains a random session identifier, is protected with HttpOnly, and serves exclusively for form protection (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Your rights
Data subjects have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability in accordance with the legal requirements. They may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to lodge a complaint
A complaint can be filed with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde: www.dsb.gv.at.
